ICLEI USA and ICLEI Africa are advancing the Race to Resilience Culture (RTRC) initiative, helping cities show how culture, heritage, and creativity can strengthen climate resilience.

From Honolulu’s integration of Indigenous knowledge in climate planning to Nakuru County’s nature-based solutions rooted in tradition, communities across 31 cities are redefining what resilience looks like.
