This capacity-building cohort provides structured technical assistance to guide local governments through the steps necessary to develop a Sustainability Plan. A sustainability plan addresses social, economic, and environmental elements of community development and management.

ICLEI provided 16 member participants with: 10 web-based presentations; peer exchange and learning, including sustainability best practices; ICLEI’s extensive Sustainability Plan Toolkit, templates, and other resources; and individualized assistance with GHG inventory and planning features in ClearPath, as applicable.
