ClearPath 2.0 in Practice: The Elk Grove Climate Compass

ClearPath 2.0 in Practice is a new series highlighting how ICLEI USA members are using ClearPath 2.0 to move from planning to implementation. It’s meant as a hands-on, hour-long session featuring a presentation of the project, followed by ample time for Q&A from the audience. This is not a highly polished and scripted webinar with little audience interaction – it’s a peer-learning session where you will be able to dive deep into subject matter with our speakers.

The first session, The Elk Grove Climate Compass, features the City of Elk Grove, CA, and Ascent Environmental. Together, they developed the city’s public Climate Compass that turned what used to be a static plan into a lively interface, making climate action understandable and visible to the community. 

This edition of ClearPath 2.0 in Practice offers a closer look at how that work came together, with a focus on process, outcomes, and lessons learned.
