Join ICLEI-USA and community team members in the follow up training on the latest methodologies for measuring performance in greenhouse gas inventories by analyzing major external factors that determine year-to-year results.
Supported by a financial assistance award from the U.S. Department of Energy’s Cities Leading through Energy Analysis and Planning (Cities-LEAP) project and led by the City of Bellevue, Washington, ICLEI-USA worked with a steering committee of communities, including King County, Washington; Aspen, Colorado; Santa Monica, California; Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments; and the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission to create a new toolkit that will enable any city tracking community-wide energy and emissions over time to look at those results in a new light and better prioritize future actions based on past performance.
This training focuses specifically on what data goes into the analysis, where to find the data sources, how to run the tool, and how to interpret the results. Participants will learn how to navigate the tool so they can run the analysis themselves.
